Graham has 20 years of experience spanning investment banking, private credit, and entrepreneurship.

He has founded two startups, leading fundraising, strategy, and operations. He previously spent a decade as a founding member and Principal in Ares Management’s European private credit team, and began his career at Lehman Brothers advising financial institutions on M&A transactions.
